Make Good of the time you have NOW!!

This is the day that the Lord has made: I will rejoice and be glad in it.

Jesus said in John 5:24, "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life.” So for believers, living with Jesus in ETERNITY is guaranteed. We also learn in God’s Word that after our earthly death, “we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.” - 2 Corinthians 5:11

On the Day of Judgment, God doesn’t roll out all your sins and berate you and cast you away. Jesus already suffered the judgment and punishment for our sins. God sees us as cleansed by His Son’s blood. You’re forgiven!

No, you won’t be judged, but you’ll be evaluated for your Christian life while here on earth —for your faithfulness and the things you’ve done that have eternal value, not for your material success on earth. You’ll receive rewards for the work you allowed Jesus to do through you.

Therefore, it is eternally important that WE MAKE GOOD ON THE TIME GOD HAS GIVEN US HERE ON EARTH, because once we die, there will be no second chances to “get it right”; no chance to be “saved”; no “DO OVER’S”. You stand before God just as you are- all you have is what you already have done. Revelations 22:11 tells us “He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.” Who you are can’t be changed in ETERNITY.

So while you still have breath:

* REJOICE! CHOOSE TO HAVE A GOOD DAY.- Psalm 5:11-12; Psalm 118:24

* LOOK FOR SOMETHING TO DO EACH DAY TO EMULATE JESUS – Colossians 3:12-14; James 2:14-18

* AGREE WITH GOD AND SHARE YOUR TIME WITH HIM. – Job 22:21-25; Job 36:11

* BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY – Psalm 96:3; Matthew 28:19; Galatians 6:9
